In our studio we give technical and aesthetic advice for the execution of projects of distribution and use of available spaces, decoration, home staging and lighting for homes and premises. We think about projects based on the needs, demands and budget of each user.
2021. Plaza Mayor
Renovated apartment in Postas street, with exterior to Plaza Mayor, consisting of two bedrooms, dining room, living room, bathroom, kitchen and hammam. Vintage decoration with an atmosphere where soft pastel colors and gold prevail.
2021. Mostenses Market
Four renovated houses in the same building, but of different distribution and size. With diaphanous spaces and little spatial division between the different rooms of the houses, furniture was used as a tool to make the most of the available space and give originality and warmth to each of them.
2019. Fuecarral
Two houses located on Calle Santa Brígida, of equal size and distribution, intended for short and long stays, consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and living room with a kitchen module.
The interiors were dressed to give them a touch of warmth and naturalness. One with African glances and objects of natural materials, earth colors and animal prints and the other with a tropical and retro touch.
2019. La Palma Street
Underground renovated in the urban center of Madrid. Composed of a diaphanous space that brings together kitchen, bedroom and small living room.
Equipped just with what is necessary for short stays and maximum comfort. With exposed structural elements, Nordic-style furniture and a predominance of white to maximize the little natural light available.
